Mission Statement:
The Delaware Valley Art Therapy Association, Inc., an affiliate chapter of The American Art Therapy Association, Inc., is a professional organization dedicated to the use of art as a healing process.  Its mission is to promote the development and public awareness of the field of art therapy through the advancement of research, professional standards, education, legislation and public forums. DVATA has been serving Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware since 1968.
